Fall out from the World not Ending!

Written By: Sue Zange - Jan• 17•13

So December came and went, and 2012 came and went, and we are still here.  The world didn’t end.  And whilst that’s a time for relief and celebration, it’s also a time to give some thought to the relevance of how and why that very fact may affect your life personally.

The beliefs about 2012 and the world ending were a considerable share of contribution into the ‘mass consciousness’ of humanity.  The whole idea and its variants would have been moulded and shaped by opinion, media and social expansion. All things of that nature are ‘held’ as a movement of energy patterns within the natural flows of consciousness.

So what happens when the idea is proven not to be so?  What happens to the energy forms and patterns of all the input people have provided? What happens to the ‘mass’ of energy that was held for this concept within mass consciousness?   Had you wondered about it?  I bet not…. unless you’re a humanity consciousness ponderer like myself!

Think about it simply.  We are all, as humans, connected to a mass consciousness and of course, a mass sub-consciousness.  When something major changes in the mass consciousness, we are all affected.  An example of this would be 911, and the fear, shock and trauma that went around the world as a result. It touched all of us, and still does now, over a decade later.  We cannot break our connection to the mass consciousness, energetically, we are all one – unified.  We can only raise our awareness to its impact, and manage or command our own responses to it.

Two major things have to occur in the ‘fall out’ from the non-end-of-the-world.  One, is that the ‘energy charge’ given to the flawed idea has to break down and disperse.  That means there will be an abundance of chaotic energy charge present in the mass consciousness for a good few months.  The second important factor is that the release of the flawed idea, will make energetic space – space which other ideas or movements will want to occupy.  And so a ‘challenge’ or even possibly a ‘conflict’ essence in the energy will be present for many many months, maybe even years.  But for sure, as soon as there is a space, something will have to fill it.

So, in the background, without you even realising it, your mind and consciousness flows will be affected by this energy fall-out.  A background ‘noise’ of chaos and competition, a ‘chugging’ of energy movements that will inevitably give those who are sensitive a feeling of wariness – unsettling and edgy.

Now I appreciate that the majority of people do not think each day in global terms.  We are getting on with our daily lives, making a living, caring for our loved ones, endeavouring in our hopes and dreams and future ambitions.  We do not actively stop and think about the global implications of the movement of the greater consciousness. Of course not.  But by the same token, to not acknowledge what affects us, on subtle levels, leads us to disempowerment on a greater level.

At the start of each year, I have always taught a workshop dedicated to helping people focus and align their energies for the year to come.  I would advise everyone to do this.  Plan, get some focus on your intentions and desires, and put that forward with directive thinking and action.  Start the year strong, and purposefully, so that you have at least mapped an outline for your year to come.  This empowers you to be in command of your own progress, rather than at the mercy of circumstances and reactive living.

But this year, for 2013, be aware of one other factor.  This year, we have a rumbling background of shifting consciousness that will affect us all on a subtle level.  It will be strongest for the first 3 months, because that’s how long it takes an energy dynamic to disperse.  Take account of this when you reflect upon what life is presenting to you, and how you are responding to it.  Keep your focus, and remain aware of the state and condition of your own natural energy flows.  Get your energies cleaned up if you have to, in order to be clear. Once you are aware of your own state,  it allows a greater awareness of other influence that might affect you emotionally, mentally and physically.  I know people have varying degrees of energy sensitivity, so for those of you who are particularly intuitive and open, take account of all the factors involved on the subtle levels and remain self aware.

And it only remains for us to wait and see what fills the space in the mass consciousness….. personally, I think it will be the apocalypse theory of the coronal mass ejection. Hmmmm….

Why our Ancestors matter so much….

Written By: Sue Zange - Dec• 05•12

When a loved one passes over, one of the most important things we do is honour their life, to acknowledge the value and contribution that they brought to us, and to all those they shared with.  Honouring the beauty of an individual is vital in our appreciation of each other and of life.

Most especially, I would like to mention honouring our elders, those generations above us who have lived life experience that we never knew about, and may never hear about.  I can recall not long after my mum passed over, more than a decade ago, we four remaining children sat at dinner discussing her life and legacy.  I mentioned something about a wartime experience that Mum had shared with me.  My brothers and sister looked at me surprised.  They didn’t know that story.  I realised then that each of us carried our own personal experience of relationship with Mum, and so her value and contribution to each of us was unique and individual.  This contribution had moulded our views, helped shape character, and founded our inner core values.

As someone who can see and commune with spirit, my Mum’s passing was a unique experience for me.  I could see her at her funeral, speak to her in the grief filled months following, and of course, discover new dimensions to the intelligence, character and essence of this wonderful woman.

One of the most extraordinary things my mum revealed to me in the months after her passing, was that my natural psychic and sensitivity skills had been passed down to me through her female line.  They were, are, a family gift. Completely intrigued by this revelation, I pursued my learning in spirit to discover more about the energetic dynasty of the family line.

In Energy Field Healing we are able to access and read the family lines.  We can help to heal and transform issues and trauma patterns on these lines, sometimes up to six generations.  What we discover in the process of such healing, is that each of us as individuals has access to a wealth of knowledge, support and life skills.   Had you ever thought about the skills and knowledge that may have been passed down to you through the family energetic lines – your ancestry?

Have you ever wondered about people who have a strong presence in the World. They are powerful because they are strong at their core. And their core is strong because they know who they are,….. and where they came from.  Heritage, history, ancestral power!

There is a very good reason that native cultures honour their ancestors – they understand that they would not be the individuals that they are without all the experiential wisdom and development that has passed before them in their family line.

Most people don’t look beyond the current existing relationships – parents or grandparents. Most will limit their exploration to issues they currently carry, childhood conditioning, or the woes of the family.

But if we can look beyond that, if we push to see the greater life essence that is the soul, we discover a beauty and purpose for life that is beyond the limitations of the physical experience.  Do you do that?  Have you looked at your mum as a soul?.,.. your grandad as a soul?  Can you see them through the filter of spiritual essence, and offer them the honour of knowing the soul?

This is how we discover the gifts of our ancestors – the sum of all….. that brings us into Being. Through a combined process of honouring the soul and accessing the family lines, we can learn so much about who we are at our core.  Discovery of the strengths, value and gifts of the past, help position and prepare us for the future.  The spiritual journey of the one, is held and supported by the journeys of the many.

You can join me for your own discovery, and develop the skills to access your family lines, on our forthcoming training course ‘Gifts of the Ancestors’ – Saturday, 8th December 2012, in Solihull, West Midlands, UK   Read the Itinerary of this Training Course HERE

Whatever, whenever, however….

Written By: Sue Zange - Oct• 15•12

I’ve learned from experience that a healer is a healer… no matter where they are or what they’re doing.  I have told many stories to my students over the years about healing scenarios that constantly become presented, no matter what the personal situation may be.  I’m hugely entertained by there being no such thing as “time off” when you’re a healer. And why should there be? For healing is Grace…. God’s Grace, and God doesn’t take time off!

So on a weekend away with family, we were concluding a joyful Sunday afternoon with a walk through the country paths. Our journey brought us to passing a field holding a highly disturbed horse.  She was edgy and jumpy, pacing frantically back and forth along the fence line.  The ground was worn through her pacing, and she wouldn’t be calmed.  She obviously didn’t like or trust people, and even my sons (usually great in connecting with animals) couldn’t get the frantic horse to calm or receive any attention.   We all tried, but then had to continue on our way.  I asked for some higher intervention, for a way to assist this poor animal.

On our return journey, it was just that precise moment the owner was opening the gate to settle this frantic horse for the night.  Divine opportunity has just presented itself. A warm greeting and a chat ensues… the horse is Gwen, 8 years old, she doesn’t like contact with people, she’s always bad tempered and pushes people away, she won’t let a stranger near her….. and so the conversation went on.

We learn in healing that if something presents once – take notice.  If it presents twice – take action.  So here we were…. on twice.   The healer within me activates, I offer to be of assistance, and the owner replies “well you can try, but she won’t let you near her.”  The owner’s young daughter is looking at me with bright eyes, “I can fetch her” she says, full of animation.  I follow her into Gwen’s pasture and Gwen aggressively comes bounding towards us.  The young girl steps forward in front of me and instantly takes command of the horse, gently placing a bridle over Gwen’s head.  We can all see there is trust between this young girl and the horse.

As the young girl holds Gwen, I start to connect with the energy and begin ‘reading’ Gwen’s state.  My hands instantly position on her neck where I am shocked to find huge old scars hidden under her hair.  They ran both sides of her neck for 12-14” and so I asked the owner about them.

When she was just a young foal, Gwen fell into a ditch on the edge of the pasture she shared with her mother.  Caught in wire and struggling, the young Gwen gouged out severe deep wounds across her neck.  Apparently, the vet at the time said the wounds were too severe and that Gwen should be put to sleep.  Not wanting to give up on the young foal, the owner had the vet sew and repair the wounds.  Gwen recovered physically, but had obviously continued to live a traumatised life.

I placed my hands upon the scars and traced the energy lines to their point of origin – the time and place of the tragic event.  I healed the trauma that occurred, transforming Gwen’s pain, shock and fear into light.  She turned her head, looked me in the eye, and then nestled her head down fully onto my chest.  She was telling me she trusted me, and so I continued with the healing.

Underneath the physical shock and trauma patterns was something more major – the pain of being wrenched from the presence of her Mother.  Gwen and her mother had never been with each other again after the event – it had separated them spiritually as well as physically. I worked to reconnect the sacred spiritual line between mother and child, reconciling their belonging to each other, and re-instating their rightful bond.  The energy around Gwen flashed out in radiance and she instantly calmed.  Her entire body moved into a different physical state, and in moments she moved from war to peace.

Gwen looked at me, fully aware of the change, and she nuzzled into my neck and my arms.  We were friends.

Sue with Gwen after healing

Myself and my family returned home and the next day Gwen’s owner called to say how different she was.  Gwen had greeted them in the morning in friendship, she was calm and no longer pacing the field, and….. she was no longer bad tempered.

For me, it was a privilege to be of assistance.  For Gwen, it was a breakthrough to light, a return to her rightful self and spirit.  For the owner, it was an eye opener as to what healing is capable of.  And for us all…. it was confirmation that hope and grace can be present however and whenever God finds a way.

Life is made up of small kindnesses…

Written By: Sue Zange - Jun• 08•12

I am always aware of when a small kindness is offered to me, and when I see it in action between other people.  It matters, and we all need to realise the importance of sharing small acts of kindness with each other throughout each and every day.  The small acts matter, for when brought together they make a powerful support contribution and shared connection.

I have had cause this week to be thinking about small acts of kindness shown to me in the past.  An uncle has passed away from a side of the family that I have no contact with.  I haven’t seen him for over a decade and it was someone’s kindness that brought the news of his death to my attention.

I was 15 years old the last time I had connection with my uncle, his wife (my aunt), and his daughter (my cousin). So this was a good opportunity to be thinking back and remembering those times together, seeking out and recalling the value and the precious….. the life ‘stuff’ that matters.  I do consider we should do this when someone reaches the end of their physical life, it’s important to appreciate the value they brought and contributed.

So I have been pondering on those times of childhood and the various aspects of what I shared with my uncle and what he and his family offered to me.  My uncle had worked hard to move out of the poverty of the London East end and became prosperous.  As a child raised in a poor family, seeing prosperity and the choices it brought to life was an eye opening experience for me – revolutionary really.  As a child, you don’t know you’re in poverty until you see something to make comparison with, and my uncle offered that revelation to me.  He showed me what could be achieved when you work, aspire, and dream.

My uncle and his family offered friendship and care to my mother and us children.  I can remember seeing my mum laughing and enjoying herself when she was with them, for they offered her small kindnesses….. just enough that she could receive them, but not too much that she would be overwhelmed or indebted by them.  It’s a fine balance. They brought a little light into our lives, light that helps to maintain hope through difficult times.

I realise on reflection how much the small actions of others help us to navigate our life path.  We make choices based on what we learn through appreciation and gratitude, and once we are in receipt of acts of kindness, we will undoubtedly pass it on.  For that is the nature of kindness.  When someone offers it to us, it replicates within us, and we then offer it out to another. And so we create invisible connections of sharing through our small acts of kindness.  We come together, we connect, and we share, and then ultimately we are enriched in ways we cannot measure.   Each act continues through its own momentum and can grow into a greater act of kindness.

Kindness connects us through the light of our own nature.  So offer up those small acts of kindness whenever the opportunity arises, for the one receiving is going to invest it……

Cultivating your spiritual relationship with Angels and Guides

Written By: Sue Zange - Mar• 27•12

I first started seeing Angels in 1998.   A golden Angel of Mercy appeared in front of me and flowed across my vision, left to right.  She was present with me for about a minute and a half, but back then,  it took me 3 days to unravel and comprehend the message she had conveyed to me.

I’ve been able to see spirit people (those who have lived in the physical world  and passed over) since I was a child, but I’ve learned that vision of a higher frequency (vibration) is what is needed to see Angels.  So, I didn’t see them until I made a commitment to my true path as a Healer and worked to develop my natural sensitivity and clairsentient skills. Within a year, I had developed skills to see and hear Spirit Guides and with their training, a whole universe of subtle realms opened up for me.

There is considerable difference in vibration between spirit people, Spirit Guides, and Angels. They look/appear differently and they unmistakably feel different – because of their natural essence and vibration.  Now, I’m making this point for good reason, so follow through with me.

‘Hearing’ a spirit, is a different skill to ‘seeing’ a spirit.  And both are a very different skill to ‘feeling’ a spirit.  There lay the true secret to developing and cultivating a relationship with Spirit Beings.

The skill of mediumship requires ‘hearing’ spirit. Mediums who extend their skills will also get a ‘visual’ on the person who has passed and will see how they looked when in the physical. Now, in terms of skill – receiving a message from a spirit person is the easiest to acquire, because vibrationally, it’s only the very next frequency level up on the energy spectrum from physical manifest energy.  So you don’t need to go ‘far’ energetically to see, or hear a spirit person (ghost).

Feeling Spirit uses a different skill set – it comes from fine tuning your natural intuitive sensitivity. When I train my student healers, I have to put key focus on developing their abilities to ‘sense’ – feel intuitively. This is because higher sensitivity is the ONLY way to differentiate between different types of energies and/or spirit beings.

‘Seeing’ spirit requires the development of the skill of psychic vision. Everyone has this capability – it’s a furtherance of the same parts of the brain that imagine and visualise. If you enhance and cultivate this skill, then the higher vibrations of the spirit realms can present in ‘energy form’ and you should be able to see those forms.  Put simply, you switch on the parts of the brain that instruct the eyes to see and sense energy vibrations which are higher than the normal visible spectrum. This happens naturally for people when they are in peaceful, higher energy environments. Our channelled presentations are an example of this, when you will hear people say they have seen the Angels, seen colours moving, and seen light flashes around myself as I present. The group energy keeps the vibration high for everyone and therefore they experience more of the subtle spirit realms.

There will always be many instances of people seeing spirit people (ghosts) or angels, not because they have developed latent higher sensory skills, but because in certain energy circumstances these Beings can combine with the earth energies, lower their tone/vibration slightly, and then once again come within the visible range of the energy spectrum.   So, technically, it’s possible for everyone to see spirit at some time or other in their lives.  Hence you hear stores like “I saw my mum outside the window on her funeral day”, or “I saw a white swirl and flash of light just seconds before the accident and miraculously, no-one was hurt”.

In situations of extreme heightened energy charge, or times of great emotional need, spirit beings can become visible for seconds or minutes in the physical world. Spirit people can do this because they have previously been on the earth physically and therefore have relationship with the denser earth energies. Angels can do this because they hold a sacred covenant with both humanity and the earth, and therefore can attune vibrationally to any level. Higher spirit guides cannot connect to earth energy grids, they are too vibrationally high, and therefore will not appear physically.

It’s important for everyone to understand this basic element of the science of spirituality, because in today’s modern world of spiritual growth, people who claim to ‘see’ Angels are moving into a somewhat ‘new age celebrity’ arena.  And I consider that to be misleading for those who are in need of hope, strength, comfort, restoration of faith, or a new way to view their lives.

Someone who ‘sees’ an Angel once or twice is no exception to 99% of the population. Everyone, at some point, will most likely experience a precise set of energetic circumstances that brings forth a ‘vision’ or a ‘message’.  I think for our spiritual culture to be fuelling a trend of authors, speakers, and ‘celebrity’ appearances, from people who have had just the odd encounter with spirit, is both misguided and careless. It doesn’t serve the well-being of people.

What I would rather see is credence being given to those who genuinely work at developing their skills and abilities in order to provide a valuable, credible and authentic service to those in need of awareness, support, comfort or healing. I’m talking about those who give commitment to developing their higher sensory skills so that they can ALWAYS see Angels, or ALWAYS receive accurate and clear spirit messages, or ALWAYS be able to hear guidance from higher Spirit Guides.

Spirit connection is a skill and aptitude to be enhanced and developed just like any other skill set – like playing a piano for instance, or learning an artistic craft, or in fact, any field of specialism or expertise.  Someone who has natural aptitude for such work should be working at it daily.

If your new car became faulty, you wouldn’t take it to a mechanic who had worked on a couple of cars a few years ago and can remember how it went then!  If you wanted your lounge redecorated, you wouldn’t employ a decorator who had just done one really great room 3 years ago and so feels they can maybe do it again!

No! In any field of life, you would employ someone who could show consistent evidence of their ability, someone who works on a daily basis to improve their skills and become better at their service offering.  That’s true isn’t it?

So, why would anyone accept a lesser or different standard of measure because it comes into the field of ‘spirituality’? We all have to ask ourselves that, because this is a current trend and if it continues, it will discredit and diminish the true, authentic and most valuable offering of service of those who genuinely are walking-the-walk of spiritual growth and development. The ones who are living it, and making it work, every day, are the ones who can set us the true example.

I believe it may be a wise thing for us all to give some consideration to the modern ‘new age celebrity furore’.  To really inspect, measure and validate those who we want to learn from, or whose example we would like to follow.  Because our spirituality is our soul essence, it’s the very core nature of who we are as Beings, and in my opinion, that deserves honest and virtuous cultivation of the highest order.  My spirit, my soul, deserves to be enhanced by an authentic flow of God light.  Doesn’t yours?

So, take a good inner look at your needs, and choose accordingly…

If you are in need of comfort and reassurance on a spiritual level, then reading about, or listening to another’s story of an angel visitation or message, may help you feel more content.

If you want to introduce Angels into your life and become familiar with how to work with them, then attend a workshop by someone who has consistent experience in that field and can outline all the practicalities of the skills required for ‘seeing’, ‘hearing’, and ‘sensing’.

But if you desire a deeper transition within your life, to understand how spirit and consciousness exist and support you, if you want to discover and explore your own mysteries of the universe, which may include the presence of the Angelic Realm, then you need to develop Communion.   Communion is a state of ‘Being with’…. together.

If you want to really feel the presence of communion with Spirit Beings in your life, so that their very presence becomes an active part of your daily life, then you need to develop your own abilities and skill set for ‘seeing’, ‘hearing’ and ‘feeling’ Spirit.

My students are entertained when I tell them I live each day as a ‘team’.  We are so conditioned in this world as individuals, that it seems strange to them at first to consider their lives as an individual-plus-team (an expanded consciousness).  My team of Guides are ready and waiting to work and serve from the very moment I wake each day.  Spirit Guides and Angelics are a natural part of our existence, they just reside in subtle realms that require your engagement and exploration on a different level.  I tell people, once you have truly felt an Angel, it will change your life forever.  You can develop the skill to feel them every day, to work with them in service, to hear their messages of light and hope, and to know for sure the communion and unity of all spirit.

The buzz words of the past couple of years have been “develop your authentic self”.  I’d like to nominate “develop authentic spirit connection” to supercede it, because I know everyone is capable of feeling and knowing the truth of Source, and I also believe we should do that through virtue, quality and the highest standard of morality and ethics.  We don’t need to get on a ‘band wagon’, we need to understand our needs and our nature, and be wise in our choices.  Have a think about it.

Remaining in Love… is it so obvious?

Written By: Sue Zange - Dec• 07•11

Some things in life are obvious, and very simple to understand.  And loving is one of those simple things.  And yet we, as humans, can make it so complicated.

So many aspects of life experience can move us away from love – from our focus on it, our alignment to it, our flow of loving expression.   Why is that?

In the early years of clinic work when I was developing the techniques of energy field healing, the most glaringly obvious result of the healing was that it returned people to a loving state. This is just basic physics really.  When you clear away slow dense vibrations, and replace them with high, light vibrations – you just naturally re-instate a person’s flow of love. And of course, once you have someone returned to their natural state of love, they naturally start to heal and change their lives for the better.

I realise that over the ensuing years, this one factor has driven my desire to make the public energy aware and empowered to command their own lives. Love has driven my desire, and my desire is to re-instate love.  So many of the courses developed and presented over the years have been all about this – re-finding your natural state of love.  Because love makes sense.  When you have joy in your heart, you are kind.  When you see the world through eyes of compassion, you understand and empathise.  When you connect to others in love, they respond.

Our troubled world needs love and each and every one of us is responsible for choosing to be love, bring love, respond with love and create love.  So we need to BE in a ‘state’ where love is our first choice, our primary action, and our innermost drive.

I’ve been pondering on this intensely for the past 10 days…. since the ‘Sacred Communion of Hearts’ presentation at the end of November.  That weekend moved something fundamental for all of us present – it unlocked the hidden power of the heart in such a way as the inner pulse of love has had to flow out. Like an explosion of joyous potential, you can feel the heart strong and ready. And you can be consciously aware of the flow of love in every minute of every day.

Perhaps we should all be investing in a ‘Communion of Hearts’ every month, so that we all remain absolutely sure that our hearts are flowing in their natural state and will therefore affect life accordingly.  That would be lovely, wouldn’t it?  A regular re-minder and re-connection of your own natural state of Being.  And then life happenings wouldn’t get in your way…. wouldn’t deter you, frustrate you, or wound you….. at all!  Because your love will just be too strong to be overcome.

Well I’m staying with that… the obvious and simple state of love.  We know how much of the world is in turmoil and distress and for many, their daily lives are affected and distressed.  And we have global movements taking place that ultimately affect us all.  But in our own everyday lives we need to hold the light of hope, keep the ray of sunshine, and love each other dearly.  It is the love we share that keeps the bonds of joy, meaning and purpose, vibrant and strong in our lives.  It’s our love that gives us a reason for living.  It’s our love that creates the meaning of life.  Let your heart drive your life this day!

Our next presentation of Love is the ‘Angel of the Christ Light’ on Saturday, 10th December.  Join me!

A few days later…. and the WOW factor is still hot!

Written By: Sue Zange - Nov• 22•11

We’re a few days on and I feel compelled to have to write about something that has happened.

I know from experience that the higher intelligence of the universe is always finding ways to create and add more value to all our endeavours.  I see it on a daily basis with others and I experience it first-hand myself.  The intelligence within higher consciousness always fascinates me.

A small group of us experienced a huge breakthrough in energy knowledge last week, it was unbelievably exciting at the time and I find myself today, still full of the ‘wow’ of it.

I was working on a volunteer client who was attending our Graduate practical training evening. Whilst working, I discovered quite clearly in the energy the causal elements of what had brought about a major condition that had ‘struck down’ this client.

Revealed to me in the energy were some major and complex movements and energy criteria.  I worked to rebuild and heal the traumatic elements which the client had endured and her energy system returned to its natural flow and balance.

With our small group of Graduates, I discussed the relevance of this insight and revelation later that evening, and as the group intelligence came to bear, we realised we had discovered what occurs in the energy in major life trauma situations such as dementia, mental breakdown, or stroke.

We couldn’t contain our excitement – the room was lit up with the expectancy and potential of the revelation of this new energy knowledge. We bounced our ideas on the application of this and could see huge potential for the benefit and well-being of people.  And we all left the Healing Centre that night overjoyed with our development work.

When I ceased my full-time clinic work in April of 2010 there were major transitions to be made. Most importantly was the factor of enhanced learning.  Through daily clinic experience over a decade my ability to develop and enhance the skills and techniques of energy field healing had an open forum.  New knowledge and the development of a skill was something I could expect on a weekly basis as I became more involved and experienced in a wide variety of client cases. All wonderful value which was of great benefit to my clients and to myself, as a teacher, when sharing the knowledge with students.

So, in ceasing that full-time client work, new avenues had to be created whereby higher knowledge and skills of energy techniques could come through for development potential.
And the universe has managed to fulfil that for me… for us.  I see client cases now that need my specialist higher level skills, and we have opened up a whole variety of opportunities in
which the trained Graduates of Energy Field Healing can benefit from my healing input.

The truth is though…… you just have to be there.  You have to open yourself to the opportunities that the universe can present. For it is sure that the universe will always find a way to bring to you value. A way to satisfy what you need and what will serve the highest of all those involved.

It’s about turning up! Making a choice to join in and see what potential and value can be achieved from the process of being present.  I always turn up…. I choose to be present…. my mind is in the psychology of ‘open potential’. And I’m always ready….. ready to receive, open to opportunity, willing to learn, and grateful to just be ‘there’.

And last Thursday, this is what I saw in my Graduates.  They had turned up……… open to the potential of what the evening could offer them………. and ultimately, we all found pure gold! An insight that offered us all so much potential that we couldn’t even have measured that value in any way whatsoever.  It was beyond measurable!

Every day I feel grateful and blessed for the knowledge and potential that comes into my life.  I feel further blessed to know that I can share this with others and open doors of opportunity, development and potential for them also.  But ultimately, I would acknowledge that the reason so much potential comes to me, is because I turn up.  I am always willing, and ready – firm in the belief and faith that value will always be present.

Contemplate your own psychology now.  Do your beliefs open doors of opportunity and potential for you?  Or are you busy evading or avoiding them?  Do you turn up?

You know – the book you don’t read, isn’t going to help you.  The meditation you don’t do, isn’t going to calm you.  The training course you don’t attend, isn’t going to enlighten you. The project you don’t start, isn’t going to involve you.  The nourishment you don’t partake in, isn’t going to sustain you.

Turn up…..Be present in the offerings of the day……It’s the best start there is!

Going off your head… nutcase level?

Written By: Sue Zange - Nov• 08•11

One of the first primary benefits that occur when you start managing your own personal energies, is you become calm.  Calm on the inside, calm on the outside.  Calm as you envision  and build your future.  Calm as life presents its challenges to you.

I love my calm and people comment on it often to me.  But I know the opposite also. In the time before gaining understanding of energy transactions and how stress and distress build up in your system……… I too lived those days of frantic, exhaustive, unsure and bewildered moments.

Knowing the difference between the two states is what motivates me constantly to bring energy awareness to people.  Even the simple techniques like commanding your own energy clearance, or reclaiming your scattered energies, can make a huge difference to the success of your day and the achievement of your life flow.

Energy awareness is all about empowerment.  As we grow in awareness our spiritual development becomes focused on the power and command of the inner creator, the inner greatness, the power to make life beautiful, creative and harmonious.  It isn’t out of reach, for any of us.

I’ve had reason these past few days to be focusing on calm, or more accurately…. the absence of my calm.  A whole variety of minor life experiences have occurred, which alone would not have made any impact.  But put together, they impacted me considerably.  Even with all the energy knowledge and skill I carry, I still found myself distraught and flustered on more than a few occasions last week.

Energy skills are first and foremost about awareness – and so being fully aware of our situation, circumstances, reactions and behaviours is essential to managing life.  Secondly, energy skills empower us to respond, to transform and to enlighten ourselves with knowledge of our current state.

So, from my flustered stated, it took only for me to say “enough….. this is not an acceptable standard of life for me!” and the skills and processes of energy management kicked in so that I could sort my own disorder. The fact that it took me a half day to re-instate my calm is indication of how severely the interference had been coming into my life.  Normally, I’d expect no more than an hour of energy management skills to rebalance and realign me to my own true state.  Energy is spirit, and spirit is instantaneous.  So really…. a whole half day to stabilise is a long time. But I can be grateful, for I am indeed, returned to my own space, centred and balanced.  Ready now to refocus and continue with creating and enjoying life.

Energy, being as it is, during my time of distress and upheaval I inevitably attracted more of the same (energy always works ‘like attract like’)!  This included quite a few phone calls from people seeking help for distressed states and mental dilemmas.  These people were experiencing loss of their peace of mind, and once this is lost an onrush of faulty thinking, fear responses and acute mental dilemmas may ensue.

Many do not realise that once your peace of mind is lost, you cannot THINK it to a return of order.  People try to work out what’s wrong, what’s troubling them, what caused the mental distress, etc.  But you cannot think your way through a loss of peace of mind. Let me explain…

As a consciousness, as a spirit, your mind is in service to your heart.  The function of the mind (mental activity) is to respond to the creative desires of your heart.  Whether you realise it or not your mind is always listening to and responding to, the offering of your heart. So, what you feel is driving what you think.

Your heart is your primary driver in life.  From any feeling that occurs, it is the mind’s job to put into intent and action all the emotions of the heart.  So you see, a troubled mind is really a product of a troubled heart.

Peace of Mind can only be present when there is Peace of Heart.

Remember that, because if you are mentally distraught you may not automatically think “oh.. my heart is distressed”…… unless you are trained and skilled in consciousness awareness to think so.

Follow this through with me.  The next time you are ‘out of your head…’ in ‘nutcase mode’,  STOP and be still for a few moments.  Take your focus away from the mental activity, and move into your heart.  Identify what you are FEELING.  Give yourself the time you need, be honest and open.  If you’re in pain, or hurting, or guilty, or grieving, and so on…. then be true to yourself and own up to your state.  Once you identify your feeling you can start the process of releasing it.  And once the feeling is no longer locked in distress, then so too, the mind will no longer be locked in stress trying to sort an issue it hasn’t been able to identify.

Your heart is your life power source.  Everything you do, create, respond to and desire, is held within your heart.  Pay it plenty of attention and that way, you can endeavour to achieve the life of joy and happiness that you truly desire.  Remember… if you are ‘out of your head’…. then you are ‘out of your heart’ – and you deserve better than to allow that to happen.

Forgiveness…. when we need to move on

Written By: Sue Zange - Oct• 25•11

The question was raised again this weekend, has it has been so many times in courses over the years – “what if you can’t forgive”?

I know many people struggle with this, especially so when a grievous ill-doing, injustice or betrayal has taken place. But ultimately wherever we cannot, or do not forgive, we keep ourselves locked into the wound.

The actions another takes to you is their choice, their creation, and their responsibility.  If they have behaved unfairly, unjustly, cruelly or with malice, then that is about their character and intention not yours.  So, if you hold on to the wound, to continue to feel pain or hurt about the matter, this will only diminish your inner personal belief in yourself and your potential for living your own true light.

When we look at it rationally, we realise that the kindest thing to do for ourselves, is to forgive and move on. So two things come to bear in this matter.

Firstly, we have to let go of the thought process that is locking the matter in.  Asking ourselves why, what did you do to deserve…, how can they be so…., and so on.  We complicate the thinking process because we are trying to find a justifiable reason as to why someone should commit such wound.  The truth is, there isn’t always a justifiable reason.

So many factors collude to the behaviour and actions of individuals.  You would have no way of knowing all those factors because they could stem from their far distant past as well as their recent present. So many aspects of random energies, faulty thinking, rationalisation through filters of wound, etc, will take place within each individual.  It is unlikely that you would ever discover the truth of the cause of their actions.

You cannot change the experience once it is done, you can only change your response to it. So, first things first, you need to accept that the experience has happened and what has been done, has been done. Acceptance is the first step to forgiveness.

Secondly, you need to reinstate your heart to its own place of love and grace.  It is not kind to continue to commit sufferance to yourself by allowing a wound created by another to dominate your emotional presence.  You deserve better than that. When something wounds your heart – remember…. you are so much more than that aspect of woundedness.  Your heart remains a place of love, and your own loving capacity is greater than any wound that will be committed to you. So underneath and alongside that wound, you know your heart is strong and powerful and capable of love.  And as sure as it is capable of love…. it is capable of forgiveness.

So connect into the greater grace within you and remember who you are.  A being of love, who is capable of an offering of kindness that will enrich both yourself and all others. And once you remember that, it becomes inevitable that you will forgive, for in those moments it is the only option.  Your heart will always choose its highest grace.  So you need only to remember who YOU are.

So, at those times when you think you cannot forgive – that is only a thought.  Remember your capacity for love, for that is who you truly are, and then your nature will take its course.

When Life’s a Pain!

Written By: Sue Zange - Jun• 29•11

Physical pain comes about for a variety of reasons.  Most often due to physical impact or strain of some nature.  But with continuous exposure to stressful living, or consistently living with conflict between the inner desires and the outer reality, the body will respond in pain.  Aches and pains in any particular part of the body are despairing to live with when they are regular or persistant.

People generally look to the doctor for solutions to pain.  It isn’t the thing that people immediately associate with healing.  But in fact, healing, and most particularly, energy field healing can be extremely effective with aiding the relief of pain. There’s a simple reason for this.

However pain has been created, or built up in the body, there will be blocked and stagnant energy.  The compression of that energy, internally, compounds the pain.

Over 12 years of working with clients in pain, I have seen some remarkable changes to pain levels through the application of healing.  So, why don’t people think of exploring the possibilities of healing when they live in the despair of continuous pain?   Probably because they don’t understand that causes are energetic, progression of illness is energetic, and the solution is also….. energetic.

All things are energy, including pain!  Any scenario of pain can be addressed with energy healing.  If it has come about through impact, then cells and tissue can be rebuilt and restructured through the application of energies.  If the cause is lifestyle, then the clearance of non-serving and blocked energy patterns will ease the pain.  And that’s the simplicity of it.

If you are dealing with pain in your physical body, for any reason whatsoever, consider attending for energy field healing and see what difference having fresh source energy flow going through your system, can make to the repair of your body.  The truth is… you don’t need to live with it.  And if that’s the only prognosis the doctor has offered to you….. don’t settle for it. Make a different choice.

The next Specialist Pain Clinic at The Healing Centre is on Sunday, 3rd July 2011.
